2. Subscription Service Refunds

Annual Subscriptions

  • Full refund available within specified period of initial subscription
  • Pro-rated refunds may be considered for exceptional circumstances
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Full refund available within specified period of initial subscription
  • No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
  • Service remains active until the end of the billing period

  • Service not delivered as promised
  • Cancellation within the grace period

  • Training services already delivered
